Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Noah started with unexplained bruising, swelling, illness and fever. After several mis diagnosis, his grandmother respectfully demanded blood work because leukemia ran in her family. Sure enough, 1130 at night, we get a call from his doctor stating he needed to go to the ER or inova fairfax hospital. We had no idea what was happening and feared the urgency so we decided to go to our local ER. There, more blood work was drawn and found out we needed to wait for a transport to fairfax hospital. Once there, more labs, testing and bone marrow biopsy confirmed ALL. We trusted fairfax through everything and now, 5 years off treatment, he is still in remission, trying to catch up on all the childhood fun he missed out on! We can't thank them enough for fighting for our boy and saving his life.
