My Story

I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on August 17, 2016. I received 2 1/2 years of chemotherapy and several rounds of radiation to my brain. I experienced frequent blood infusions, hospital visits, admissions, illnesses, infusions, and blood draws to name just a few. I had so many other hardships and struggles along my journey. I finished my treatment on December 10, 2018. My current status is cancer-free. I am currently 5-years post-treatment and in the survivorship phase of my journey. I am now a varsity soccer player at my high school and a survivor and advocate for childhood cancer.
