My Story

I am a 2 time Childhood Cancer Survivor! At 9 months old, I was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma. I received two different forms of chemo. My right eye was cured, but my left eye had to be removed when I was 18 months old. I had just made it to Survivor status last November. Three weeks later, my battle began again when doctors found a tumor in my kidney. I was diagnosed with Translocation Renal Cell Carcinoma. I had to have surgery to have my kidney removed. I get to go to the hospital every couple months to have pictures taken to make sure my cancer stays away. So far it has! Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
