My Story

Kayden was diagnosed with leukemia in March 2023, just after turning 14. What we believed was a hockey injury turned into a life-changing diagnosis. After countless tests, hospital stays, and procedures, our world shifted overnight—but Kayden never stopped showing strength, determination, and heart.

After 2.5 years of treatment, Kayden proudly rang the bell and completed treatment in July 2025. He is now cancer-free.

Kayden is a junior at South High School. He enjoys hockey, golf, and hanging out with family and friends. When contact sports weren’t an option during treatment, golf became his escape—often heading straight to the course after long clinic days, even following intense treatments. Today, he’s back doing what he loves, stronger than ever.

Because of supporters like you, families like ours are given hope. Your commitment to childhood cancer research truly makes a difference, and we are forever grateful.
