My Story

Katherine was diagnosed Dec 22, 2004 with Acute Lymphblastic Leukemia, she was three and a half years old at the time. It was a long journey with many obstacles along the way. Despite all that she endured she had a bouncy spirit that prevailed. We became involved with St. Baldrick's 12 years ago. Katherine's uncle, Todd Goodfellow, became a shavee for the first time with Team Brent while Katherine was in active treatment. Katherine's older sister, Emma, has shaved twice -at age 13, 15, and 21!  Today, Katherine is cancer free. She is a leukemia survivor. She is 16, and a junior attending Trumbull High. In the future, she plans to pursue a career as a pediatric oncology to help others like her! Please support St. Baldrick's Foundation to make survivorship possible for more kids.
