My Story

Jonathan was diagnosed with a brainstem glioma on January 6, 2010. After he was diagnosed Jonathan got very sick very fast and had to be on about 10 different meds. Doctors tried chemo but the tumor wasn't responding to it. Jonathan had gotten so sick that he had to have radiation. He couldn't eat anything by mouth and for a while couldn't sit or stand. Many people thought he would be wheelchair-bound. A year later Jonathan was now starting to run. He has had a lot of therapy. Jonathan still isn't cancer-free and may never be according to the doctors. But for now he is trying to get his childhood back!! He loves baseball, music, and dancing. You can follow Jonathan on Facebook. He has a page called Jonathan Flores.
