My Story

Dodge is a super energetic and happy little boy that lost a very long and hard battle to brain and spinal cord cancer. He passed away on July 22nd, 2010. Dodge was a walking, talking miracle. He lived his 4 years of life here on earth on his own terms. He has the heart of a champion. His doctors, nurses and all those that grew to know him during his fight with cancer learned about his determination and spirit. He always defied odds and continues to inspire all those that know his story. Dodge loved to play Wii, especially Super Mario Smash Bros. and Wii Sports. He also enjoyed making multiple mii's with ridiculous features :) He was an avid Blue Clues fan and a Yo Gabba Gabba enthusiast. His favorite book was Go Dog Go. He enjoyed eating pizza, cheetos, brownies and McDonald's chicken nuggets. His absolute favorite thing in the world was to be home with his mom, dad, and siblings Bryce, Aubrey and Caleb. He collected stickers, balloons and lollipops. He was particularly proud of his ability to navigate nickjr.com at only 3 years of age. Dodge is incomprehensibly missed by his loved ones but we are all so grateful for having known him.
