My Story

Frankie was strong-willed and fun loving.

Frankie was diagnosed with a pilomyxoid astrocytoma in March 2018. Shortly thereafter, #TeamFrankie was created to support this amazing kid. In the years since his diagnosis he had his good moments and bad moments but if you asked him, there were #NoBadDays. He endured chemo, trials, multiple surgeries and radiation therapy and yet he continued to fight. Through all of this, Frankie continued his karate studies just to show what a fighter he was. Thank you for supporting Frankie and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.

Frankie passed away at the age of 12 in April 2024. He will forever hold a place in our hearts!
