Kennedy was dx in August of 2021 with a rare aggressive brain cancer called ATRT. Kennedy did low dose and high dose chemotherapy with stem cell transplant followed by 6 weeks of proton radiation to the brain and tumor bed. He completed his treatment in April of 2022. Kennedy is currently enjoying life to the fullest as a toddler with his parents and older sister. We hope and pray Kennedy outlives his prognosis.
