My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.  Our sweet, goofy, talented Anya was diagnosed with a rare form of malignant brain tumor known as Anaplastic Astrocytoma at 7 years of age.  After about 10 months of treatments, our beautiful girl’s battle took a turn for the worst.  Another 5 months later our Anya went to heaven.  Our time together on earth was short but the love and memories created will last a lifetime.  No family should endure the pain of losing a child to cancer, and no child should ever have to face this battle.  We need more.  More support and funding for research, more treatment options and a cure.  Every contribution helps.
