My Story

Thank you for supporting my daughter & all the other kids going through this. I was really ignorant about childhood cancer until my little one was diagnosed. This has been an eye opener for me & my goal is to spread awareness of childhood cancer. My daughter Alayna was diagnosed Feb 19th with neuroblastoma stage 4. She has been through 6 rounds of chemo, 1 tumor removal surgery,  1 stem cell transplant,  Had complications from the transplant, she had to get her colon taken out & some dead bowels. They had to place a temporary ileostomy. She went through 12 rounds of radiation She ended up getting something called TMA, so they are still treating her for that. She has been impatient for 130 days. Next step will be immunotherapy & then accutane. She has scans this Wednesday to see if her cancer has progressed or if she is cancer free. We are praying for good news.

The Childhood Cancer Ripple Effect
