Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

Feed the Soul Through Music Annual Concert

We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

"Feed the Soul Through Music" (FSTM) chaired by Arya Babu and Rohan Purohit is returning in the summer of 2023 to support the "St. Baldrick's Foundation."

This year's concert will feature various solo instruments, including voice, piano, and string instruments, as well as a string ensemble. The music repertoire will include a mix of classical and contemporary pieces, with a touch of Carnatic music. Participants from different states in the USA, France, and Italy will present a diverse range of musical genres.

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a nonprofit organization that focuses on raising funds to support childhood cancer research. They are committed to funding the most promising research to find cures and improve the lives of children fighting cancer. St. Baldrick's Foundation hosts various events, including head-shaving events, where volunteers shave their heads in solidarity with children undergoing cancer treatment. These events raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research.

By organizing this concert, FTSTM aims to contribute to the efforts of the St. Baldrick's Foundation and support its mission of finding cures for kids affected by childhood cancers. Kids like 18-year old, Harsh Chavan who lives in India, but is currently undergoing treatment for ALL in Singapore. It's his best hope to beat the disease even if it means being away from home. His parents have please asked to keep him in your thoughts and prayers during this time. We do this in honor of him and so many other kids with similar stories.

The final concert will be held on August 26th at 2:00 pm, providing an opportunity for attendees to enjoy a captivating musical experience while making a positive impact on the lives of children fighting cancer. Watch it now: https://youtu.be/3TDm8z7F0IY

What could be more important than saving the life of a child? That’s what this fundraiser is all about. Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020.Your gift will give kids hope by supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you!
