Help write the next chapter of Waylon’s story.
Waylon is a funny, adventurous little boy who loves fishing, wrestling with his big brother, and spending time outdoors. But at just 3 years old, his childhood took an unexpected turn when doctors discovered a tumor at the base of his brain.
Since then, Waylon has endured brain surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and countless hospital visits. In April, he celebrated the end of treatment, but his journey is far from over. He now faces lifelong side effects, including hearing loss, and continues to undergo frequent scans.
Through it all, Waylon has held on to his big personality and even bigger heart.
His mom hopes for one thing above all: “I just want him to have the chance to be a kid again – to play, dream big, and live a life filled with laughter, adventure, and love.”
This holiday season, you can help write a brighter future for Waylon and kids like him. Your gift to St. Baldrick’s supports the research needed to find better, less toxic treatments and cures for childhood cancer.
