We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Mihir Boddupalli
(Sep 22, 1992 - July 19, 2014)

Our loving son, mischievous grandson, inspirational brother, generous cousin and quick-witted, unwavering friend passed away in a tragic car accident.

Mihir was very active in fundraising for St. Baldrick's Foundation, whose mission was to fund research to find cures for childhood cancers. To participate, Mihir shaved his head all four years of high school to raise money for this cause.

At an age when looking weird is typically one of life's greatest fears, Mihir argued that if all it took to raise money for a great cause was to give up his hair, then it's the least he could do. The hair would grow back and in the meantime, he'd look menacing as hell. For those who knew Mihir, this reasoning would not sound strange at all. He cared deeply about people and showed this care in his own, unconventional ways.

To honor his memory, please join us in helping him make one more impact, among the many he's already made, on somebody's life.
