Get Buzzed At the Brewery! Brought to you by St. Baldricks of Transylvania County

Be a hero for kids with cancer!  We are having our 2nd annual shaving event on June 29th, 2019, at Ecusta Brewing Company in Pisgah Forest.  Leading up to that, we will have lots of other fundraisers--bowling, karaoke, BINGO, a pool tournament, and whatever we can come up with!  Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!  Our daughter, Rebecca, is a childhood cancer survivor--diagnosed with high risk/poor prognosis leukemia at the age of 12, Becky is now a wife and a mom, and we continue to raise funds in her honor.

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.  Our event supports the To-Morrow Research Fund, a hero fund we created to honor our daughter, Becky Morrow.  All funds raised by our events, as well as any one who signs up through the hero fund, will be used for research into the area of childhood cancer survivorship.  This is SO important--almost 90% of childhood cancer survivors suffer from latent effects of the chemotherapy, radiation, and other disease treatments inflicted on young growing bodies.    Check out the fund here https://www.stbaldricks.org/hero-funds/to-morrows-research-fund

Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!  Hope to see you in June!
