2017 will be our 10th year hosting events for the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Over the last 10 years, we have raised over $2,203,168, shaving over 3100 heads! We have been in the top 10 events for the last 5 years, out of an average of 1200 events around the world. We are the largest fundraising event for childhood cancer in Michigan.
We will once again be shutting down Main Street in the Village of Romeo on Saturday March 11, 2017. We will have an even bigger tent and more entertainment and fun for the whole family.
We are looking for a few new volunteers to join our committee, as we enter our 10th year hosting events in northern Macomb county. We hope to pass the torch to new leadership in 2018 and what better way to help make that happen then getting involved with our 2017 event and help guide us. I have been humbled and honored to serve for the last 10 years and look forward to assisting new leadership moving forward.
