Be a hero for kids with cancer! Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
This event is also going to incorporate girls' hair donations for Pantene Beautiful Length. Grow your hair out for March, and donate 8 inches of dye-free, chemical-free hair to help make real-hair wigs for women with cancer! For more information about Pantene Beautiful Lengths, check out http://www.pantene.com/en-US/beautiful-lengths-refresh/Pages/default.aspx.
This is the very first North Raleigh Event and it's is run by Perry Dubow, a Ravenscroft high school senior, and Robert Lippitt, a Ravenscroft sophomore. They're really excited to see how many people can get involved! Hope to see you all in March!
