Join us for a fabulous night - we are going to make a difference and have some fun while we do it! Join Lyndon Byers (WAAF, exBruins) & Brian Scalabrine (Celtics) to fight childhood cancer THURSDAY MARCH 6th The Greatest Bar - 262 Friend St (Across from the Boston Garden) 7pm St. Baldrick's Fundraiser - no cover charge ------- Would you shave your head for a child? While battling cancer, children lose not only their hair but years of their childhood, and sometimes their lives. Participants in a St. Baldrick's event shave their heads in exchange for donations towards research. It's a simple concept, a fun time and a very effective fundraiser - since its founding in 2000, the St. Baldrick's Foundation has raised over $34 million with headshavings in 18 countries. shaving at 7pm, will pause for speeches at 7:30 MC'd by LB BYERS, speakers: DFCI's Dr Suzanne Shustermann and TeamBrent's Mike McCreesh . More shaving until 10:30 . Brian Scalabrine of the Celtics will be on hand to shave some heads You don't have to shave your head to come - just watch and celebrate!!! Cameras aimed at the shaving will feed video screens on all 4 floors -

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
