The NetApp Dallas team, family and friends are gathering together in support of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to benefit children with cancer. We are proud to be hosting a “shaving party” where participants raise money to shave their heads in solidarity and empathy for children who have lost their hair to chemo treatment. Newly sheered volunteers become walking billboards, further raising awareness for the cause. The NetApp family has been involved with St. Baldrick’s for a number of years now and this year the Dallas office is joining in to raise money so we can shave some heads and support the children of St. Baldrick’s. The event will be held at 4pm on Thursday March 11th at the NetApp Dallas office and we hope that we will be joined by family, friends, and partners of NetApp. There will be food and drinks provided and no doubt some good laughs as the bids raise and the locks fall. Who knows, some folks may look better without hair? It is our hope and wish that you will find it in your heart to donate, attend the event, or even better to join in the fun by shaving your head.
