Hello Lynnwood Friends and Family! We are incredibly pleased to announce that we will be holding our St. Baldrick's event in just a few short months. We have been involved with this outstanding charity for several years now and we are hoping that our 2014 event will be our biggest and best yet! But we cannot achieve our goal without your help. For those that are unfamiliar with The St. Baldrick's Foundation, it is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any other organization (with the exception of the U.S. Government). This research allows survivors a chance... a chance for tomorrow...a chance of a healthy childhood...a chance to grow up. This year we have a goal of $45,000 (7000 over last year's event) and we need every.single.one of you to meet (and surpass? Wink. Wink. Nudge. Nudge) this goal. We are looking for donations of every size, Shavee's and teams to raise money, the donation of goods and services for our silent auction, and of course, your support and attendance on April 13th, 2014. Won't you please join Team LG as we continue the fight against childhood cancer and the march towards a healthier, brighter future for these brave infants, children, young adults, and their families.
