Join us to have some fun – and be a hero for kids with cancer!
We are pulling back together our beloved Shave for the Brave event this year at the insistence of a new and young shavee, Miss Simone Cougle.
We have all lost too many from cancer including our dearly departed event organizer, Charlie Buchheit, who herself was a childhood cancer sufferer. Our ambitions are set high to honor their memory and we would appreciate your support however possible. We need attendees to help us celebrate, shavees, volunteers, barbers and, naturally everyone's financial support as we help St. Baldrick's find cures for childhood cancer.
During the pandemic, kids were still being diagnosed with cancer, but donations to support research have been down drastically. Please consider helping the biggest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants do more to speed up the search for cures and give kids with cancer the long, healthy lives they deserve.
