Bella was 4 years old in 2007 when she became paralyzed and diagnosed with stage 4 Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma. We've teamed up to have our heads shaved – to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. On June 4th, we will have a kickoff and the men and women of the Miami Police Department will have their heads shaved by our honorary member, Chief Bella. We invite the public to join our St. Baldrick's team to raise money to fight childhood cancer. If you want to raise money and become a "shavee", we would love for you to sign up! Soon after the kickoff, select members of the Miami Police Department will depart on a 160 mile bike ride to Key West to raise more funds for this worthy cause honoring Bella. The event will end at the Southernmost Point in Key West. We hope to see you there!
