The Loras College and Coe College Baseball teams are excited to announce the 1st BaseBald event in Dubuque, Iowa on April 14th, 2012. Following the doubleheader both teams will have team members shave their heads in support of this great cause. A special thank you to Erin Fiegen and Capri College for volunteering to shave heads as the events offical barbers! Be a hero for kids with cancer! Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
