Event Details

Be a hero for kids with cancer!

2020 is a tough year but we know that there are still some people who would like to donate or shave their heads to raise money for childhood cancer. We'll have a VIRTUAL event over the next month to give anyone the opportunity to participate this year if they are able to. Shavees will shave their head on their own time and film it. Then we'll put together a video montage to share with family & friends. 

Join our virtual shave with these easy 3 steps:

1.  Contact your supporters soliciting their donations. It will work best if your supporters donate online under your name. If that is not possible, please collect the money then you can post online.

2.  Determine a date that works for you to have your head shaved. Make sure you have someone film the sacrifice! Send your video to Nicole Sellers (nicoleosellers@gmail.com).

3.  You are welcome to let your supporters know the time your sacrifice and set up a live feed through Facebook or a Zoom meeting.

We would like to close out our event on September 19th, the date of our in-person event. Please choose a date between now and then to complete your head shaving.

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!
