Join us to have some fun – and be a hero for kids with cancer! Plainfield Central is excited to continue a tradition that dates back to 2016 with our 2024 St. Baldrick's Fundraiser.
Students and staff will be raising funds for the St. Baldrick's Foundation from Monday, February 26th thru Friday, March 15th. In addition to collecting change during 3rd period classes, our fundraiser will conclude with an assembly that will include an informational presentation from St. Baldrick's and the head shaving/hair cutting of our participating staff and students.
Children, teens and even infants are diagnosed with cancer every day, but donations are drastically down for research to find cures. We can change that – and save lives! Our event will speed the search for cures, supporting the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants. Research is hope, and you can give kids that hope. With this being St. Baldrick's 25th anniversary year, your contributions will accelerate the next 25 years of cures.
