10 years!

Can you believe that it has been 10 years that members of the UMaine and Orono community have been taking a stand for children with cancer? Can you believe that for 10 years hundreds of people have come together to make a bald statement and #BravedTheShave to kick cancers butt? Can you believe that for 10 years over $100,000 had been raised for childhood cancer reasearch? Well believe it, because for 10 years we have been fighting for more birthdays children worldwide. We have been fighting to show children that bald is beautiful and that they are not alone! Today we ask you to join us in our fight to kick cancers butt by shaving your head, donating to fund life saving research or volunteer!!! Join us and change a life, make a difference and become a part of the St. Baldricks community!

 Yours in Caring,
Event Organizer Daniel Norwood

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
