Ninth Annual St. Baldrick's on Maine Day

For 9 years the St. Baldricks on Maine Day head Shaving event has brought hundreds of UMaine and Orono community members together to shave their heads, raise funds for childhood cancer research, to stand in solidarity with children who have cancer in the hopes to one day conquer childhood cancers once and for all! Shave donate volunteer or help spread the word and join a community of hundreds before you, old and young, male and female, and let's make a difference together!!!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
