Want to be a hero for kids with cancer?
Join the first annual St. Baldrick's shaving event at the University of Central Florida! Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement! We invite women and men, the young and the old to make a difference. Everyone is welcome to register and start fundraising to help find cures.
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Don't want to shave your head? We are also collecting hair donations of at least 12 inches for Wigs For Kids to help them make wigs for children who have lost their hair. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. We are honoring Cannon Wiggins as well as Ayden Henke. Ayden is four years old and has a rare brain cancer that has caused him to go blind. Recently it was found that his cancer had spread to inoperable areas of his brain and he has to go through radiation and chemotherapy. His story can be found on his Facebook page "Ayden My Angel."
We hope to see you on November 21st and wish you luck in exceeding your fundraising goal!
