I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bender Kids

I'm raising money for childhood cancer research! Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers and childhood cancer research is very underfunded. So I wanted to help. I've been working at and going to St. Baldrick's events for as long as I can remember. I never thought my best friend, Kendall, would get cancer, but she did. I'm so glad St. Baldrick's was here to help raise the funds to help the doctors know how to make Kendall get better.

I like that even kids can help with finding a cure for cancer. Although I don't shave my head, every year, I help my mom and dad prepare in running the RVC St. Baldrick's event. I help set-up for the event, work at the bake sale, face and hand-paint kids, make balloon animals, do tattoos, and sell merchandise during the event and then clean-up after it's over. I even set up a stand in front of my house on nice-weather days selling st.Baldrick's items, baked stuff I make, lemonade or even my toys to raise money for St.Baldrick's. For as long as I can remember, I've been helping with St.Baldricks. it's an all year commitment for me and my family, not just in March. I'm so glad as a volunteer I can raise much-needed money. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference!
