I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Moms 4 Moms

Last April my son Matt was a shavee. I thought it was awesome that he did such a cool thing & it raised my awareness of childhood cancer. A few weeks later my Mom died unexpectedly, and as I was writing her eulogy I saw in print the 7 kids, 19 grandkids, 9 great-grands she left behind: 35 kids. It struck me how fortunate our family has been not to have ever had to deal with the pain of childhood cancer; to have had to watch a child suffer while we were helpless to make it go away. I decided that very night to raise money by shaving my head the next year so more Moms can say they don't have a kid with cancer. Now, the time is here - help fund a cure! Donate to Team MOMS 4 MOMS today!!
