I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

As many of you know, I am currently fighting cancer. I have something fairly rare called sarcoma but when it does strike, it usually hits kids. I am lucky enough to not have to undergo chemo, only radiation and surgery so I still have a full head of hair but I see kids at treatment every day who have lost their hair and their ability to play, laugh and smile. I got a childhood and I want each and every kid to without having to experience the ravages of cancer. So..I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. I know times are tough but cancer isn't going anywhere unless we fund the fight against this terrible disease. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
