Fadó Irish Pubs
Fado Irish Pubs have hosted events at pubs throughout the country since 2003, and currently host events at nearly all of their locations. Now an annual tradition for the pubs, they recruit employees and customers alike to shave their heads in solidarity with kids with cancer, sell "Lucky Charms" for customers to proudly display their support of kids with cancer, hold golf outings and other events raising more than $5,700,000 since 2005. FOX News Chicago
FOX News Chicago has been instrumental in raising more than $7,250,000 since 2007 through the FOX Chicago Schools Challenge. News anchor Patrick Elwood challenges Chicago area schools, inspiring local students to get involved in the mission to Conquer Childhood Cancers. Napper Tandy Irish Pubs
Since 2003, when they were approached by a local family who had lost a child to cancer, Napper Tandy Irish Pubs have hosted St. Baldrick’s events. Starting out in Northport NY, they now hold events at all 4 of their locations along the east coast. Their local communities come together to join them in the mission, shaving heads, and inspiring a sense of goodwill that have their patrons look forward to each year. NetApp
NetApp has raised nearly $5,000,000 for childhood cancer research. As part of their corporate culture, NetApp encourages volunteerism and they invite their employees, family members and business associates to join in on the fun! In 2013, they involved more than 650 shavees in 23 locations to raise more than $1,300,00. A partner since 2007, NetApp is a Platinum level sponsor of the Foundation's signature head-shaving events. AmWINS
AmWINS has raised more than $1,100,000 in many creative ways. In 2011 employees ‘voted with their dollars’ to see who would be shaved. In 2012, they recruited eight senior executives from around the world get involved - and raised more than $850,000. They have also held casual and ‘flip flop’ days, walked the Rose Bowl, and many other creative approaches to raise money to help kids with cancer! AVM Traders
AVM Traders has raised nearly $1,400,000 for the Foundation. Employees organize a local event, inviting employees and the community at large to participate in what has historically been one of our top 10 events every year. As a partner since 2004, AVM Traders is a platinum sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Basin Electric
Basin Electric has raised more than $1,000,000, by engaging their local communities. They host events in multiple locations in the Northwest US, including South Dakota and Wyoming. Their efforts allow the company to work with their local community in a positive way, while raising much-needed funds for research. Dowling & Partners
Dowling & Partners has been instrumental in rallying the Hartford community (the insurance capital of the world!) to raise almost $1,500,000. Local insurance companies, along with their friends, families and associates, join together to conquer childhood cancers. As a partner since 2008, Dowling & Partners is a silver sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

elope
elope donates our signature hats and sunglasses for our head-shaving events and has raised more than $1,150,000. Each year they move the Colorado Springs community to participate in one of our signature head-shaving events. Their donated products add fun and excitement to events and the money raised funds lifesaving research. As a partner since 2003, elope is a silver sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

General Re
General Re has raised more than $1,200,000. Employees around the world gather together in a combined corporate team, unified, regardless of their location, in the mission to conquer kids’ cancer. As a partner since 2004, GenRe is a silver sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Markit
Markit has raised more than $1,750,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. In 2011, they initiated a new tradition called the "24 Hour Global Shave" holding head-shaving events in every office around the world as part of a single corporate team! As a partner since 2007, Markit is a platinum sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

PartnerRe
PartnerRe has raised more than $1,400,000 for childhood cancer research. Each year, one or two company leaders are selected to shave their heads in solidarity with kids fighting cancer. To further their commitment, PartnerRe matches every employee donation to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, removing all limits on the total amount, making them the largest Matching Gift partner every year. PartnerRe was the first platinum level sponsor of the Foundation's signature head-shaving events, and in 2012 Tad Walker, their President and CEO, set a new all time fundraising record for a single shavee, raising $295,259.

Allied World Assurance Company
Allied World Assurance Company has raised more than $850,000. Employees participate as part of a global team, shaving heads, running marathons and helping to organize the flagship event at Jim Brady’s in New York City. As a partner since 2008, Allied World is a gold sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company
Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company has taken the mid-west by a St. Baldrick’s storm, raising $600,000. In their local community, they organize an event and involve many other insurance companies and partners to join in on the fun. As a partner since 2006, Farmers Mutual Hail is a bronze sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Towers Watson
Employees participate around the world by shaving at local events or organizing in-office events raising more than $800,000 since 2005. After the Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt merger in 2010, St. Baldrick’s events were one of the first combined charitable efforts, bringing the combined organization together for a common cause. As a partner since 2002, Towers Watson is a gold sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Corporate Champions

Companies large and small are finding creative ways to bring the mission to Conquer Childhood Cancers into their office or place of business. Dress down days, "Lucky Charm" sales, and more bring awareness of the need for childhood cancer research and provide critical funding. Here are just a few examples of unique ways that companies are getting involved!

Advisen Ltd.
Advisen Ltd., an information provider to the insurance industry, saw an opportunity to spread the word about the Foundation by providing donated ad space in the Annual RIMS Benchmark Survey that they publish each year. This donated space provides the Foundation with the opportunity to reach new constituents to help further the mission to Conquer Childhood Cancers.

Barbicide
Since 2010, King Research, makers of Barbicide, have enthusiastically supported the beauty professionals who so generously donate their time and talent to our headshaving events by donating the clipper spray and other supplies needed to ensure the health and safety of participants at our events. Employees have joined the mission by shaving their heads, and organizing local events. Barbicide is a silver sponsor of the Foundation's signature head-shaving events.

Big Daddy Beauty
Big Daddy Beauty joined the ranks of St. Baldrick’s Foundation supporters in 2013, by offering to provide fulfillment services at no cost for our barber supply orders (needed to ensure the health and safety of our shavees), as well as providing shipping at their discounted net rates (with no profit to the company). This generous donation of service provides a significant savings to the Foundation, allowing more money to go directly to research.

Business Insurance
In 2003, Paul Winston, Associate Publisher & Editorial Director at Business Insurance first heard about the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, and immediately volunteered his support. Since that time, not only has Paul joined the ranks of the elite "Knights of the Bald Table" by participating as a shavee for more than seven years, but Business Insurance has become a bronze sponsor of the Foundation, donating ad space in their publication multiple times a year.

Headblade
A long-time believer that “Bald is Beautiful”, HeadBlade has supported the Foundation in many ways since 1998. From selling co-branded items on their website, to featuring St. Baldrick’s in its ShaveMyHead iPhone app, to simply donating product to individual events. HeadBladers have embraced baldness as a lifestyle, but they know that childhood cancer is a serious matter.

Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation
The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation is directed by insurance industry professionals representing a broad spectrum of the industry, and is dedicated to assisting people in times of need by combining the collective strengths of the industry to provide grants, volunteer service, and leadership. Since 2011, they have supported the St. Baldrick’s Foundation in a number of ways, including honoring us at their 2011 Annual Benefit Dinner, and making us a beneficiary of their 2012 Volunteer Week efforts.

Insurance Insider
In support of the insurance industry which has so generously supports the Foundation, Insurance Insider donates ad space to the Foundation in each of its quarterly editions of IQ Magazine, the global (re)insurance industry's only quarterly publication. This donated ad space allows the Foundation to recognize the generous support of our founding industry, and to reach new constituents without sepnding donor dollars. A partner since 2009, Insurance Insider is a silver sponsor of the Foundation's signature head-shaving events.

National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies
Since 2009, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies has made St. Baldrick’s the beneficiary of its annual 5K “Fun Run Walk” at its national convention. Their members and guests enjoy the opportunity to participate in an early morning outing before a busy day of conference sessions begins. This event has raised nearly $12,000 in the efforts to Conquer Childhood Cancers.

Odyssey Re/Hudson Insurance
Odyssey Re and Hudson Insurance have participated as shavees in local events since 2007, raising nearly $350,000. In both 2011 and 2012, their Chicago office led the way at their local event as the top fundraising team!! As a partner since 2007, Odyssey Re is a bronze sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Sanek
When first approached by the Foundation to support the beauty professionals that are so important to our success, Graham Beauty jumped at the chance to get involved. Since 2011, they have donated their SANEK® Neck Strips to ensure the health and safety of participants at our events, and are a bronze sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Shavewell Shower Mirrors
When Shavewell Shower Mirrors found themselves with a supply of mirrors with a slight printing imperfection, they wanted to find a way to put them to good use. They reached out to St. Baldrick's offering to relabel the mirrors for use at our events. This generous donation will provide added support, providing a safe, SHATTERPROOF mirror for our shavees to get their first look of their freshly shorn ‘do’.

Swiss Re
Swiss Re has been a proud supporter of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation since 2007, organizing in office events and participating in local events as part of a global team, raising in excess of $400,000 over those years. In 2012 their efforts led them to be one of the top 10 fundraising teams for the Foundation! Swiss Re is a silver sponsor of our signature head-shaving events.

Votre Vu
A new partner in 2012, Votre Vu was preparing to launch a new cosmetic line and saw the perfect opportunity to simultaneously "do good and do well." Donating $1 of every one of their new French Accents product sold to fund lifesaving childhood cancer research, they are inspiring their Brand Ambassadors to "Color it Forward" with every sale. In addition to making a $5,000 donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation every time they sell 5,000 products, they also donate five "Pick Me Up Paks" to support moms of kids in treatment at hospitals around the country. Underwriter's Alliance of Indiana, Inc.
The Underwriter's Alliance of Indiana, Inc. joined the ranks of St. Baldrick’s supporters in 2012, organizing a golf outing for its members, business partners, and friends with proceeds benefiting the St. Baldrick's Foundation. In all, their efforts generated more than $10,000 to conquer childhood cancers, and their 2013 outing is in the works!
