Take a stand against childhood cancers and be inspired!

You are invited to join the Akerman team in Palm Beach County as we come together to raise funds to fight childhood cancers and dedicate our efforts to a special member of the Akerman family- the beautiful little girl in the picture above- three year-old Ava Crowley, the daughter of our friend Spencer Crowley, a shareholder in the firm's Miami office, and his wife Nickelle. Ava was diagnosed last Spring with an advanced stage of neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer. As brave Ava continues her intensive chemotherapy and other treatment, Akerman colleagues have joined forces with the St. Baldrick's Foundation and pledged to shave their heads to raise funds and awareness-- and to honor Ava. Her strength and spirit have been an inspiration to all of us.

Your donation can bring hope to hundreds of thousands of children like Ava and their families. Let's make a difference- together.

Just click, "Make a donation" to give online through this Akerman Team page, and/or support one our individual Akerman team members (click on the team member pages above).

Let's do it for Ava.
