I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tulane SOM Class of 2016

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Tulane SOM Class of 2016

Anyone who knows me is well aware of how much I love my silky, voluminous, surfer-esque hair (see my "before" picture for evidence). But I can't think of any good excuse not to shave this mop off and play a small role in finding cures for childhood cancer. So it's finally time to discover what kind of lumps and dents and discolorations are under my hair. It's time to feel the breeze on my bare white scalp. And it's time for you to donate however much money you feel is right. Seriously, any amount is greatly appreciated! I'll send you all an "after" picture. Thanks!

And here's what St. Baldrick's wants you to read:

I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
