I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

hey my name is liz. when i was 12 years old i watched my grandmother slowly pass on from cancer. it was a heart wrenching experience, that i wish no one would ever have to witness. that is why i want to raise money because every dollar toward cancer research is a step in the right direction, a cure. ever since her passing i donate my hair to locks of love, but this time i want to go all the way and shave my head, because of all the people affected with cancer, kids have it worse. So Saturday June 25th at 10am im taking the plunge with my virtual event. Just because we have struggles, because we are different doesnt mean we aren't beautiful, beauty is in the heart, not in your hair. <3
