My Story

Camdyn is a very vibrant and loving child. She was diagnosed with ALL when she was two years old. She showed us all how to conquer cancer with grace, tenacity and a loving spirit beyond her years. She always loved going to "her" hospital and seeing her doctors and nurses. She would even try to fake a fever just for a chance to go to the hospital. She even loved seeing the doctors and nurses with the masks on when she had to get her spinal infusions. She is truly and amazing child who wore a smile on her face throughout her treatment. Camdyn loves her family, friends, church and school. She enjoys playing soccer and softball. She loves going to the beach and camping. She loves to play with her siblings and especially loves to play outside. She dreams of being a doctor or a veterinarian when she grows up. She loves playing with her doctor kit and practicing on her brothers and sisters. She has a wonderful and bright future ahead of her and we can attiribute that to the wonderful doctors and nurses that were by her side during her treatment. Without childhood cancer research, we would not have our little girl. Thank you to all who support childhood cancer research. You are saving the lives of numerous children.
