Sam was diagnosed at 11 months. His symptoms were loss of weight. They found the cancer after an X-ray showed a slight bow in his intestines. Cancer was
confirmed after an ultrasound.
After a couple months of chemo, he had a 16 hour operations to
remove the tumor. It involved a lot, and he suffered some brain damage.
At 1 and half yrs old, he could not sit up or feed himself.
He then started having seizures.
He died while in the hospital for a rash. He aspirated from his
feeding tube.
