Concordia Seminary

Concordia Seminary – Saint Louis is hosting its first shaving event on March 6, 2012. Seminarians, faculty, and staff are all being encouraged to have their heads shaved in solidarity with children currently undergoing treatment for cancer. Our goal is to raise $5,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation which will fund research to find a cure for childhood cancers. Please join us by becoming a shave, donating, or volunteering. This event is limited to shavees who are members of the current Seminary Community. For more information, contact Pastor Bill Wrede at 314.505.7221 or wredew@csl.edu.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
