Washougal is a community of people that reaches out to one another, both in times of hardship and celebration. Washougal makes a difference. Now Washougal teams up with St. Baldrick's to help save children's lives who have been diagnosed with cancer. RESEARCH SAVES LIVES! The cure rate for childhood cancer has risen dramatically over the decades, but treatments need to be more safe and effective. Childhood cancer touches all communities. Children are surviving today because people who care chose to get involved 10, 20, 30 years ago....won't you get involved now to make a difference for kids with cancer? Be a hero for kids with cancer! Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
