Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine at Hofstra University

Though we are drawn to medicine for a diverse set of reasons, we all have the singular goal to help. As student-physicians we take personal pride in our St. Baldrick’s Day participation. Every dollar we raise, every child we help feel a little less alone, reaffirms our commitment to the field of medicine. To the children and families impacted by childhood cancer: we are here for you.

This year we will shaving our heads or donating hair at two events: On the night of Tuesday 3/10 at the School of Medicine, and on Wednesday 3/11 at the Hofstra Student Center. Both days we will be shaving and cutting our hair in solidarity with children suffering from cancer. We would like to thank everyone’s continued involvement. Every effort counts and we are here to do our part. -The Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine at Hofstra University St. Baldrick’s Day Team
