I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Katherine

This event has been cancelled due to COVID and has gone virtual. I will be shaving my head bald on May 23rd @ 1pm  This will be my 15th year as a shavee and my 1st year hosting an event overlooking beautiful Black Rock Harbor. I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.

My Roles:

  • Shavee
  • Team Captain
  • Lead Organizer

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
