Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting my donation page. To help kids fighting cancer, I'm a volunteer with the St. Baldrick's Foundation. The event is being hosted at Des Moines University where I am a 2nd year in medical school. I am a part of the Library Gnomes team. My classmate and friend Justin Chaltry will be shaving his head. Going into a healthcare profession, I believe it is very important to strive towards better treatments and ultimately cures for childhood cancers. A few years ago I volunteered at a camp for children with cancer and their siblings. All these kids are so full of life and deserve our support. So, please support St. Baldrick's Foundation, these amazing children, and our team!
With head-shaving and other fundraising events, this volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Any amount you can give is incredibly appreciated. Thank you!
