I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I’m working hard and shaving my head for childhood cancer! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide. I think the least I can do is help those kids by raising money and shaving my head to make a wig out of my hair, just to help make a difference. I know someone cannot help everyone, but everyone can help someone. I want to be the someone and the everyone combined. Shaving my head is a big change for me, but I want to do the best I can to help kids cope with cancer best I can.

~ Anna R. Phillips

P.S. ~ I'm not alone!! My daddy will be shaving with me!!

P.P.S. ~ I’m currently in 2nd place out of 56 participants for most money raised for this event!!! This is all thanks to the 40+ people that have helped get me to this point!

P.P.P.S. ~ Special thank you to Addison Bogad, who helped me decide to shave my head! She did the same thing I will be doing on March 10th, 2018.  I will be doing this April 29th, at 3:30 pm
