I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Five years later and I'm doing it again!

In March 2013, my sophomore year of college, I shaved my head to stand in solidarity with my cousin, Jeff, and my Aunt Kathy, who were both battling cancer at the time. I raised over $3,000 for childhood cancer research in their honor and was able to be a part of one of the coolest and most humbling experiences of my life.

Now that my hair is down to my waist, I'm back - and I'm bringing my coworkers with me! I'm very excited to bring this event to Kirk School and make a difference for kids battling cancer everywhere.

This is in honor of the memories of Jeff Whitebread and Kathy Flaherty. Miss/love you both.
