I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team CKCKC

A little over a year ago, I watched my brother stand in front of an audience and give a speech at the beginning of an event that he'd spearheaded to raise money for a good cause. I watched him shave his head right afterward, and the first thing I did when he left the stage was run to him and hug him. I was really proud of him for changing so many lives. An hour later, I was the one up on that stage, getting my hair cut, and I thought about the difference I was making. This year, I'm not shaving or cutting, but I still want to make a difference. I still want to spark hope in children with cancer and their families. I may not be getting a haircut, but I'm still raising money. Childhood cancer research is vastly underfunded, and I want to do something about it. It feels good to help people, to know that you've done a good thing. You can help people, too, by donating to this page. I can make a difference. You can make a difference. Every dollar counts.
