I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

So….I’m finally sick of my hair. It has been two years since I had a haircut (retired from the ANG, Feb 2, 2016). But rather than just cut it off, I figured maybe I could do some good. St. Baldrick’s is a charity that raises money for cancer research by convincing people to shave their head. I don’t need convincing to shave my head, but I sure would like some donations.

I’m looking for at least $500 dollars to cut if off….For $1500, I’ll shave the beard too.

The date is Feb 2. I plan to have it done at my kids’ high school (Marquette Catholic High School in Alton, IL)….and yes, and pictures and video taken will be made available.

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
