I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team HTC

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Most of my friends know that about every 2 years I donate my hair to charity. This year i will still be doing that but will also be shaving my head .

I will stand in solidarity with kids being treated for cancer for those adults I already call survivors. Most important I am doing this to raise money for life saving research.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.

So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

I will be donating my Long hair to Children With Hair Loss. Which is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that provides human hair replacements at no cost to children and young adults facing medically-related hair loss. When a child's hair is lost due to Cancer treatments, Alopecia, Trichotillomania, Burns, etc., the painful effects are far deeper than just cosmetic. Each year, the number of children requesting our hair replacements increases and with your support, we can continue to increase the number of children we are able to help in the future.
