I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Miller's

Hi Everyone! In the past, I have done half marathons in support of cancer research. Since I'm old and tired now, I figured I'd do something way easier! I'm shaving my head! LOL! Yes I am, and I have already asked a former patient to do it for me! No backing out now! As many of you know, I have been working with kids with cancer for over 16 years. I have been to many funerals, but also have had many reasons to celebrate our patients along the way. I have received more joy from working with these amazing kids than I have heartache. I am shaving my head with the intention that cancer will someday be eradicated and we will never have to go to another funeral for a child again. In the meantime, I want to raise as much money for this cause as possible! Please consider donating to my cause, and if you can't at this time, please think of me on April 14th and send my scalp good thoughts! Thank you for reading.

UPDATE:  You have all been so amazingly generous in such a short amount of time, I am upping the ante!  :-)  I've increased my fundraising goal from $1000 to $2000!  That's DOUBLE!  Thank you for your donations, and please keep 'em coming!

Second update...You guys are AMAZING! Because of you, I met my SECOND goal! So I'm upping the ante again! Let's make it three! And thank you!

THIRD AND FINAL UPDATE:  WOW!!  I NEVER DREAMED I'D BE ABLE TO RAISE THIS MUCH MONEY!  LET'S MAKE IT 5!  AND THANK YOU!  :-)
