I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Cancer runs like a wildfire through both sides of my family tree, across FOUR generations. I've lost over a dozen relatives to this monster and I have one fighting it hard now. I'm doing this to especially to honor my cousin Kaye, who died when she was ten. My heart broke when I found out; I'd lost touch with her Dad's branch of the family, so I never got to meet her. This one is also for Holly, my cousin and playmate, who died of cancer in her 20's. And Mark - we're going to be "buddy baldies" soon!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
