I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Comic Crusaders 4 New Mexico

Hello Everybody!

I'm raising money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded, and sadly, an understatement. We need to do more, and I'm calling for your help. These children are our future, and I promise that any contribution to this wonderful cause will be greatly appreciated. Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Additionally, for the first year, I will be Team Captain with the Comic Crusaders 4 New Mexico. My wife (Magen) and I have been part of the CC4NM for the last 3 years, which coincidentally is the 3rd year volunteering for St. Baldrick's. The 1st year my wife and I shaved our heads with the CC4NM. The 2nd year CC4NM Members Alena Schlachter and John Sumrow shaved their heads, and now, for year three 2 of our members will be shaving their heads and one more member donating her hair!

We will have a table with a photo booth of a cityscape backdrop and props for YOU to wear.  We will also be holding a raffle for the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Please stay tuned to for more details. Let's help the NM Firefighters reach their overall goal and more importantly help the millions of children that need this funding. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Gerrad Burdick
